As management, we believe we are here to support our care giving staff, to provide them with the tools necessary to perform their jobs. We operate as a cohesive team with an open door communication system.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Diana L. Bailey, LNHA, MBA - Diana grew up in Rhode Island within a family of five. She was recruited to run for the MSU track team as a heptathlete. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in health care management from Michigan State University and a Master of Business in health care management from the University of Phoenix. She has been the Executive Director of Bay Bluffs since 2001 and had seven years prior experience as a nursing home administrator. She is happily married and been blessed with three sons.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SERVICES
Mike Greer, CPA - Mike grew up and attended school in Northern Michigan prior to joining the Military where he served as Communication Chief for the PATRIOT missile system in Dexheim, Germany. He obtained a BBA in Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He practiced Public Accounting for eleven years prior to joining Bay Bluffs in 1999 as Director of Financial Services. He currently resides in Petoskey with his wife and four children.
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES
Patty McClees, RN, CDON – Patty is a lifelong resident of Petoskey. She grew up surrounded by eight siblings. Patty received her nursing license from NCMC and proceeded to work for Northern Michigan Hospitals as a post surgical nurse for eight years. Patty began her career at Bay Bluffs as a floor nurse and then promoted to Director of Staff Development/Infection Control in 2004 and loved it from the start. In November of 2005, Patty was promoted to Director of Clinical Services due to her consistent professionalism and overall love for the residents. She is married and has a son, a daughter, and two grandchildren.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES
Linda M. Lansbach, RN, BS – Linda has spent summers in Northern Michigan since childhood and made the permanent move to the area in 2003. Linda brings a diverse background to Bay Bluffs that includes medical surgical, acute rehabilitation and home health nursing work in Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan. She also worked for the American Red Cross, as a nurse paralegal, and sold real estate. Within the Long Term Care framework, Linda has been a nursing assistant and staff nurse, and held in-service and nursing director positions. Her duties at Bay Bluffs will focus on compliance and staff education. Linda likes to bowl, has one adult son, and two beautiful Collies. She loves the “wild-life” on the great lakes of Northern Michigan.
ADMISSIONS/DISCHARGE COORDINATOR
Mary Hemstreet, LPN, BA – Mary after receiving her nursing degree, worked for over fifteen years at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Sparrow Hospital and Ingham Medical in Lansing primarily in the Oncology and Pediatric units. She then worked for twenty years with Blue Care Network, a HMO subsidiary of BCBS with experience in their Urgent Care and Pediatric Departments as well as Utilization Management and Community Physician Group practice teams and licensing inspections. Since moving to the Petoskey area, Mary served as the contract manager for five years for a six-county Community Mental Health board before coming to Bay Bluffs in September 2003.
The positive experiences my mother and I had while she was a resident at Emmet County Medical Care Facility prompted my application and subsequent hiring for the position of Admissions/Discharge Coordinator. The care and positive attitude of the staff here at Bay Bluffs, makes my job easier to support new and potential admissions to the Facility.
